Return & Refund Policy
At Mulligan’s Coffee Co., we take great pride in the quality of our small-batch roasts and the experience we provide to our customers. While we do not accept physical returns due to the perishable nature of our products, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and will offer refunds or replacements under certain conditions.
Product Quality Issues or Fulfillment Errors
If your order arrives damaged, contains the wrong item, or is otherwise not what you expected due to an error on our part, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We are happy to issue either a full refund or a replacement product at no additional cost. To help us resolve the issue quickly, we may ask for a photo of the damaged product or packaging.
Dissatisfaction with Taste
We understand that taste can be subjective. If you’re not satisfied with the flavor of a coffee you ordered, we are happy to offer a one-time complimentary replacement to help you find a roast that’s better suited to your preferences. This policy is limited to one replacement per customer and must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
Subscription Cancellations & Refunds
For any subscription purchases, including our Subscribe & Save or Clubhouse memberships, we offer a 24-hour cancellation window following the initial order. If you cancel within that timeframe, a full refund will be issued automatically. After 24 hours, the current billing cycle is non-refundable, but you may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges.
